Display of Caldecott Award Winning Books	Students found their favorite Caldecott Books

We like to encourage the children to read quality, award-winning books. Every year, we do an activity in the Primary Library where the students find books whose illustrators have won the Caldecott Medal. They love finding the "gold medal" books and are rewarded with a gold sticker. Students in the Intermediate Library select a "playing card" with a description of a Newbery Medal book. They share the book with the class.
