Meet the Teachers

Mrs. Sokolowski's Teacher Bio:

Hi and welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Melissa Sokolowski and I am so excited to be teaching third grade this year with Ms. Danowski! I have been at CBS for nine years now and there is no place else I'd rather be! I attended Molloy College for my bachelor's and master's degrees in education. I love teaching in Bethpage, especially since I attended Bethpage schools myself! I am looking forward to a rewarding school year!

Ms. Danowski's Teacher Bio:

Welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Kate Danowski and I am looking forward to a wonderful and exciting 2011-2012 school year. This is my fifth year at CBS and I am thrilled to be working with Mrs. Sokolowski. I attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT where I was a part of the women's lacrosse team and received my bachelor's degree in psychology. I received my master's degree in childhood education from Hofstra University. I love teaching in Bethpage! I also coach basketball and lacrosse at the high school. Go Eagles!
