You are going to be reading a fictional chapter book. You will need to fill out the attached form (it is part of your grade). You will then take the information that you have put on the form and you will write your summary. Make sure your summary is in paragraph form, the way we discussed in class. When you are done with your report you will need to make a colorful cover. It should include a picture, the title of the book and author, your name and your grade. 1st paragraph- should include the title, author and the setting.

2nd paragraph- should include the summary of the story, this will probably be your longest paragraph

3rd paragraph- should include your favorite character-Don't forget to tell why.

4th paragraph- should include one thing you would change about the story and why
