Things to Remember:

· New York State requires Third Graders to read a minimum of 25 books each year.

· All students must read at least 3 books per month to receive an invitation to a Pizza Party hosted by the Third Grade Teachers.

· Extra Help is offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:45 A.M.

· All students should practice math facts on a daily basis.

· All students should read for at least 20 minutes daily.

Character Education: Our school will continue this year with our Character Education program. Each month will focus on a different character trait, and class discussions and/or activities will follow. As always, modeling positive behaviors is a great way for children to learn how to be great citizens.
