OUR TROOP

Boyscout Troop 604 is a very active troop all year round. We go on atleast one campout per month and some months may have more. We also go on many hikes throughout the year and attend lots of other events such as parades and "Wreaths Across America." During the summer our troop offers the scouts an option to go to Camp Yawgoog for 1 to 2 weeks during August. Monthly campouts are just like everything else, run by the scouts and can vary from Cabins to tents and from warm weather to snow. Some trips we go on that stand out have been the September whitewater rafting trip and our trip to the U.S.S. Massachusetts Battle Ship. Another very fun trip is our trip to Alpine which is located in New Jersey. This trip is unique because there is a rockwall that you can climb.
