BETHPAGE DISCOVERY PROGRAM
SUMMER 2012
Summer is just around the corner and with that comes Discovery Program registration.

Registration will be held at the Charles Campagne School for Bethpage School District Residents ONLY from 7:00 pm to 8:30pm on:

" Wednesday, February 15th
" Wednesday, February 29th

Registration will continue for Bethpage School District Residents and ALL neighboring school districts from
7:00 pm to 8:30pm on:

" Wednesday, March 7th
" Wednesday, March 21st

This is a six week program:
(3 half days)
" Starts: Tuesday, July 10th
" Ends: Thursday, August 16th
" Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
" Held at Charles Campagne School
" Theme: Animal Planet

Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE $280.00 for first child with a 10% discount for each additional child.

DUE TO SPACE CONSIDERATIONS THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 300 STUDENTS!

The program is first offered to any child residing in the Bethpage School District grades Pre-K through 8th grade first (Children entering Pre-K must be 4 years old by July 1, 2012) and then to neighboring districts.

" Children will be grouped by grade level and school they attend.

Please print and complete the registration AND the emergency forms and return both along with your payment on the registration night (Make checks payable to Bethpage Discovery Program)

If space is available, registration will continue via mail beginning March 22nd return application, medical form and payment to: Bethpage Discovery Program, 18 Keswick Lane Plainview, NY 11803.
Any Registration received after May 1 will be charged a late fee of $25.00.
