Fix Mavis Beacon freezing for certain students...

Mavis Beacon freezes if the last quiz in the Beginner Level is not passed before moving on to the Intermediate Level. Restarting the program and passing the last quiz before attempting to advance to the next level should prevent the program from freezing.

1. If Mavis beacon is frozen, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and select log off.

2. Log into the computer and start up Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 11.

3. Select the user that froze Mavis Beacon.

4. Select the Lesson Area.

5. Then select Previous Lesson.

6. Then select Start Lesson.

7. After Completing the lesson the student will be able to continue on to the Intermediate Level.
