Using Print Release, you can send print jobs directly to a copier from your classroom computer. This way, if you have a digital copy of something you don't need to print it out just to make copies. Additionally, you now have to the ability to print double-sided or to staple from your computer. When you use print release, you can release your job from any copier in the district.
1. From the document (Microsoft Office file, PDF, etc.), click File->Print. In the Printer Name menu, select PrintRelease.
2. If it is a simple single-sided job, you can just enter the number of copies and click OK to send the job. Otherwise, you can click Properties to change some of the job settings.
As you can see, Duplexing is in the bottom left corner of the Layout tab. If you click the Paper/Finishing tab, there is an option for stapling.
3. Log in to a copier and press the Print Release icon.
4. Select your print job and press Print Selected. You can also delete a specific job or all your jobs from this page.
