    Welcome to the Bethpage UFSD Help Desk and Support Web Site!

    Fix the spell checking and other errors...

    As features and functionality are upgraded on the e-mail system it may be necessary to clear temporary Internet files on your computer. To do so, follow the simple steps below:

    STEP1: Open up Internet Explorer and go to "Tools" and then choose "Internet Options"

    STEP2: You will see four buttons on the General tab. Click each of them to clear out the temporary files.

    NOTE: You will be prompted with each button click, choose yes to all! Click OK when process is complete.

    That should resolve the problem for you. You may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. If you have any problems after trying this please inform Help Desk.
