POLAR HEART RATE MONITOR PROGRAM
All students
will have the opportunity
during Physical Education class to
wear Polar heart rate monitors.
The heart rate monitors will record individual data
which is then uploaded into a computer.
Incorporating heart rate monitors
into our Physical Education programs will enable
us to get all students involved, regardless of athletic ability.
